The Process

Whether you are looking for a DIY project or need it installed by our partnered installers we can handle either situation for you.

DIY

Showroom Visit
1. Come visit our showroom to meet our staff and be educated to find the right flooring choice for you. From there our staff will help you pick out the right colors and styles to best fit in your home.

Samples
2. We offer large samples for you to take home to confirm that the color choice looks perfect in your home with the different lighting and colors from the showroom to your home.

Ordering
3. If you choose something stock, our warehouse crew will prepare and load up the correct number of boxes, molding and additional materials you need for your project and get you started. If you choose to order, our sales team will ensure all specific pieces are ordered in a fast time frame to get them on the road and delivered to the showroom as soon as possible, once in the showroom, we will call you and let you know you are free to pick it up whenever you would like.

Remember: Measurements for the rooms are up to you. Our sales team would be glad to help guide you in the right direction but all special orders are non-returnable.

Installation via Partnered Installers

Showroom Visit
1. Come visit our showroom to meet our staff and be educated to find the right flooring choice for you. From there our staff will help you pick out the right colors and styles that best fit in your home. While confirming the color we will collect your contact information to get the installation process going. We are partnered with some amazing installers that will contact you directly and personally visit your home to make sure everything goes as expected.

Samples
2. We offer large samples for you to take home to confirm that the color choice looks perfect in your home with the different lighting and colors from the showroom to your home.

Measurements
3. One of our partnered installers will contact you to schedule a home visit. They will come out to your home and measure which rooms you would like to install and provide you with a quote for all of the labor that needs to be done to finish the project. The installer will also send back to the store all of the materials you need to do your project. During this visit they will go over any details that need to be covered about the installation day. All of our partnered installers you will get to meet personally.

Quoting
4. Once measurements have been made and you know which flooring choice you would like. Our sales team will contact you with the final cost for your project.

Ordering
5. Whether you choose a product in stock or would like to order your flooring our sales team will work with you to finalize all of the details and order your new flooring.

Installation
6. One of our recommended installers will contact you and schedule the date of install. The installers will pick up the product from our showroom and bring to your home on the scheduled date of install.
